Original owner Bethan Parkinson bought Lucy for her nine-year old daughter. However, when the family decided to move, Parkinson put Lucy in an animal shelter to take care of her -- temporarily, she claims. After the move was over and Parkinson came to reclaim Lucy, the shelter refused to hand over the sheep, reports the BBC.
