Is there a trend emerging where legendary rockers are targeting pets with their music? First Lou Reed and his wife stage a concert for dogs, and now Devo has thrown a listening party for a roomful of cats. To celebrate the release of "Something for Everybody," their first album in 20 years, the New Wave band decided to test out their new songs on a feline audience. Devo filled a room with cats and cat toys while piping in "Something for Everybody," and the cats responded pretty much how they respond to everything: with indifference.
