First, an Ohio woman who took what she thought was an orphaned fawn across state lines was threatened with criminal charges, and now a Virginia man has been ticketed for jaywalking after helping a gaggle of geese cross a busy highway. Jozsef Vamosi appeared in Fairfax County court on Monday to fight his ticket, contesting that he did the right thing and should not be punished for it.
