According to KABC-TV, one dognapper found that out the hard way when his pastor urged him to return a stolen canine and turn himself in. With help from a lookout, 53-year-old Jesus Medina snagged a $1,000 Puggle puppy from a pet store in South Pasadena, Calif. last week.
