How stupid do you want to feel this morning?

I'll admit it: I've never in my life solved a Rubik's Cube. To be fair, I've probably spent a lifetime total of about five minutes trying to figure them out. Still, it's a little bit infuriating to watch this sea insect complete the puzzle handily.

But no, of course this video isn't real. A shrimp can't actually solve a Rubik's Cube. This is just some amateur filmmaker's way of having some fun with basic camera trickery. Still, find a friend who's in the midst of a futile Cube attempt and show them this clip. Watch them blow their top.

Oh, isn't this the cutest darn thing you ever did see? Doesn't it just make you feel good inside? It's giving me a case of the ol' warm-and-fuzzies. This duckling isn't even mature enough to reproduce, yet there's some caring instinct inside of it causing it to want to feed another species of animal entirely. That's somehow beautiful. It makes me think that maybe there is hope for humankind. Come on, people now. Smile on your brother. Everybody, get together. Try to feed breadcrumbs to a koi pond right now.

Yesterday I posted a video of a dog trying to start some stuff with a couple of chickens and getting completely stared down by the birds. I think that in my enthusiasm for those particularly brave chickens, I may inadvertently have painted dogs as cowards. This was not my intention.

To make up for it, I'm posted this. See those dark shadows swimming around in the water where those dogs are frolicking? Those are sharks. And when they try to roll the dogs... well, just watch.
