I feel sorry for the dog but it is kinda cute and funny at the same time but don't get me wrong the cafe is really to small for a dog like that

That incredible dog is not dancing. He doesn't like that crappy music. He's going stir crazy. Locked in a cage all day long. He's going mad because he's pinned up day in and out. Don't think he's having a good ole dancing time, because he's miserable. Those lousy people. Makes me sick. He's going crazy in that cage. Animal cruelty period!! The dog is a beautiful creature and deserves to be treated like the fine animal he is!!!!! Bastards!!!!!!

I couldn't agree more. The living conditions are filthy and he is way too big for that small caged in area. Poor thing. Hw can someone call this dancing and why is it being promoted on this site??? He is being antagonized and looks frustrated not happy. These owners are IDIOTS! They should be locked up in there all day and see if they like it.

You need glasses if you think this dog looks happy. Look at the filthy living conditions and small cage it's trapped in.

I agree that he should be allowed to be free, but we don't know the circumstances as to why and how long he has been "caged." I thought the dog had more rhythm then most people, and thought it was adorable!

For crying out loud people, we don't know anything about that dog. We have no idea if he's always in the pen, we don't know that he isn't a well loved family pet. We know nothing other than what we see is this brief video. He looks fine to me and the pen is an OK size for temporary use. Would you rather he be allowed to run loose to be hit by a car when his owners aren't at home? The video also seems to be a few brief seconds and then it's repeated over and over. For all we know he was let out right after the video was taken. This is not animal abuse. BTW:The dog is in Russia, not here in the US.

This is not \"entertaining\" and I\'d rather watch a dog running around, not caged and clearly being stressed to get out. Let that dog out so you can go in the cage and dance to entertain us!

Dogs traditionally held in Russia on the street as security guards territories.
Many dogs live life in the yard and are never in the house - I think it's right in terms of hygiene, plus dog better outdoors.
This does not mean that they spend all their life on a chain. Evening and overnight owners released dogs. The only thing these dogs need is another dog-friend.

I saw a lot more significant avoidance behaviors! I can't believe they thought he was 'dancing'. Without being there I can't say if the music was bouncing off those metal walls, but I bet it was and he was attempting to tuck his head. Also, it appeared that he was bouncing to get over the fence, but was unable or had been taught not too. Poor dog!
