Lion French Kisses a Dachshund

Usually PDA can be a tad too much, but this a very special exception. We could watch this odd couple kiss all day. Meet Milo the Dachshund and Bonedigger the lion. The pair live at the G.W. Zoo in Oklahoma and have been best buddies since Bonedigger was born at the facility. Milo looks after the big cat, who has a bone disease that leaves him mildly crippled. Height difference is a non-issue for these friends, and the lion is happy to get on Milo's level - especially if there are smooches and a teeth-cleaning session involved.

First of all I would like to thank everyone for watching this video. Bone and Milo have been taking care of each other for years, since they both were babies, Bone the lion was born crippled and without this dog he would have died and given up. Humans need to take a step back and learn from this, if we would get along just half as good as animals do if given the chance this world would be a better place. Those who post bad comments about this will never see the love and beauty behind these to animals caring for each other and that makes for a sad life for you. If you would like to help the zoo that cares for them please go to this link http://donateoklahoma.usza.us/ and show that you really care for animals. Once again thank you so much for watching these two animals love each other

That little dachshund certainly has the heart of a lion.

The Lion is thinking," Do I eat him now or save him for later?"

Whoever put this dog in this situation needs to be shot. That is terrible. We have seen wild captive animals turn on humans, and its not the animals fault. Screw whoever put this dog in this situation.

It's like I've always said, you have to French kiss a big cat.

I love Doxies too!!! I have had 4 - Heidi, Jodie, Heidi and Ebony. They are so sweet and so smart. They love to burrow under the covers and sleep by the heater vents :) My family calls them 'low-riders'. And, yes they are courageous. Most dogs are afraid of fireworks, but not our Heidi.... She would chase us when we had sparklers and bite at the sparks!
