A Pennsylvania man who allegedly shot a deer in the middle of a busy Wal-Mart parking lot will stand trial for the crime, according to

Wildlife conservation officers allege that Arcangelo "Angelo" Bianco, Jr., was at the Wal-Mart in Derry Township, Pa., on Nov. 26 of last year, the first day of rifle season. Apparently, Bianco couldn't wait to get the season started, as he is accused of firing several shots at a deer he spotted in the lot, persuing the animal to an area where workers were loading tractor-trailers and continuing to shoot at it as it fled.

Bianco allegedly was successful in killing the deer and retrieving its body from a yard on the other side of the highway.

The workers in the parking lot claim that Bianco and the buck were so close to them that the animal's blood splattered on their trailers.

Bianco will stand trial for reckless endangerment and state game charges. Authorities say Bianco did not even possess a hunting license at the time of the alleged shooting.

Another moron with a gun. A big brave macho moron. We would see how big and brave these idiots are if the animals were armed and could shoot back. They'd be fleeing the woods screeching like little girls.

The law is the law. If it's not hunting season, you can't shoot the deer. Also.... in a wal-mart parking lot? Sorry, but that's a safety issue. LOTS of people and cars in a wal-mart parking lot. Besides violations of hunting regulations, he should be charged with reckless endangerment.
