Can a novelty toy get you off with just a warning for your next moving violation? Probably not, as this is just a commercial, but then again, could it hurt to try? We're not lawyers, but we don't think there's a law against driving with talking toy hamsters. Visit the website this video is touting and - if you can navigate the Russian menus - buy yourself the toy. Then plunk it on your dashboard and see if the next cop who pulls you over likes being asked by a plushy for his license and registration. Let us know how it goes.
