Everybody needs a little love to get through life. Cats prefer that their sugar comes in the form of soft and kind strokes from animal lovers. But why do felines enjoy being stroked so much? LOL cats are on the case. Turns out these clever and silly kitties found a scientific answer. Research shows that many furry animals have a group of neurons that reacts strongly to gentle stroking, more so than other animals. The bottom line? Go and pet your pets! Science says it's all right.
