Miley Cyrus Adopts New Puppy "Bean," Tweets Photo

Miley Cyrus has adopted a new puppy, adding to her impressive family of rescued dogs.
The pop singer introduced the puppy, named Bean, with a series of adorable tweets and pics. She also shouted out to Saving Spot Dog Rescue, the Los Angeles rescue where she adopted Bean. According to Cyrus, Bean is female and a "chihuahua mix of some type."
Cyrus' latest adoption isn't surprising. If you're feeling a sense of deja vu, it may be because this is the second puppy Cyrus has adopted in as many months. In November, Cyrus brought home Penny Lane, whom she also acquired from Saving Spot. That's in addition to her other dogs, Floyd, Happy, Mary Jane and Ziggy.
Also, sadly, Cyrus' dog Lila died unexpectedly last month. We're sure Cyrus and all her dogs felt that tiny Lila left behind a large hole that could only be filled by a new pooch who needed a loving, luxurious home.

I wouldn't want to be Miley Cyrus's dog. I'd like to know what her other dog died of. But kudos to her for at least adopting - and not buying designer dogs like Paris Hilton.
