A curious seal decided to take a holiday trip to the country. According to The Guardian, the animal was spotted in flood waters by walkers in a part of Cambridgeshire, England, that is 50 miles from the coast.

The seal was found splashing over flood defenses and taking in the scene at the Fen Drayton lakes. Experts believe the aquatic mammal found its way so far from the coast by swimming up the Great Ouse river. The flooded conditions of the area allowed the seal to swim out of its natural habitat and explore inland England. Wildlife workers say that this is not the first inland seal spotting in the area; however, this adventurous seal has gone further than any of the previous animals.
