Weighing in at a teeny-tiny 1.3 ounces, Mini the Yorkshire Terrier-Chihuahua mix decided to go for a walk. According to the Daily Mail U.K., the diminutive dog is too tiny for a leash and has to wear a child's sock for a sweater to keep her warm.

Emma, Mini's owner, has to use the handle side of a leash to reign Mini in during her walks. Every collar is too big for her tiny neck! But Emma was still determined to let Mini explore the outdoors just like any other dog, despite her small stature.

Mini encountered a large St. Bernard during her walk. Although she was much bigger than her, they got along just fine! "Mini loves meeting new dogs, although most don’t know what to make of her," her owner said.

As you guessed it, Mini was the runt of her litter. She weighed just a little more than an egg when she was born.

After adopting Mini, Emma had to bottle-feed her milk formula every two hours. She is almost fully grown, but still weighs less than one pound.

Mini is not only small in weight, she is small in length, too! She measures just 7 inches long.

Mini finds the most comfort inside her owner's purse. "Her favorite place is in my Mulberry handbag, which has now become the dog carry case; she obviously has expensive taste."

My dog is also a Chihuahua/terrier mix and weighs 2.5 pounds. I can't find a harness to hold her in.
