KNUT REMEMBERED
The Berlin Zoo unveiled their memorial to the late polar bear Knut this month. The statue was swarmed by the animal's many fans, and the zoo hopes it will continue to attract those who loved Knut. The 4-year-old bear passed away unexpectedly last year. He gained national attention as a cub when he was hand-reared by keepers after his mother rejected him. (AP)
