These animals are just as sweet as any other dog or cat, and they would still make an excellent addition to a nice family. If you are considering adopting, consider a special needs pet; they are full of love and appreciation.

About: This precious chi-pom mix is good with calm dogs and is very sweet.
Why So Special? Jenny was attacked by a large dog when she was younger and unfortunately lost her right eye.

Why So Special? She is a special needs cat because she had bladder stones a year ago, and she probably has to be on special food to prevent them from coming back.

Cats with FIV can live long and normal lives if they are well taken care of. Unfortunately, it is best that they are one and only cats in a home. I rescued an FIV positive cat and he lives at my husbands office and is doing very well.
