A 6-day-old hippopotamus is photographed next to its mother, Kara, at Planet Sauvage Zoo in Port-Saint-Pere, France. The birth of the baby was a rare event for this species in captivity.
In a couple of years, he can wake at 6 am, smell you at forty miles away, come straight to your location---over ice, water and mountains and in a straight line---to eat you for lunch. Keep him the hell away from me.
