Authorities found no special licenses for a jaguar on record for the area. This means if the sighting turns out to be legitimate, the animal is probably owned illegally by someone in the vicinity.
This can not be true, the Pennsylvania Game Commission claims there are no more big cat such as Puma, Cougar, Mountion Lions left in the wild East of the Mississippi River.
