Lil Bub Is Getting Her Own Movie

Lil Bub, the dwarf cat with a monopoly on cute, is the new "it" furry face of the Web. Her signature big-eyed, tongue-out look can be found on bags, shirts and just about every social network, but things are getting bigger still for Lil Bub. After this sweet and silly kitty's understandable success at the First Internet Cat Video Film Festival, Vice has decided to create a serious movie about the meower.


According to Vice, the documentary series will offer a behind-the-scenes look at Lil Bub and her owner, Mike Bridavsky, enchanting the folks of the Internet Cat Video Festival. Basically, the movie is a cat person's dream come true.

This cat is polydactyl too. Breeders are messing around with polydactylism, bobtails, curled ears, scottish fold ears, muchkins, etc. that my guess is this cat is a product of such interbreeding of such genetically different cats. Wahla... now you have a mongoloid cat. Sure is cute though! P.S I tried this a few times and ended up with a two headed kitten. True story. It is in formaldehyde in a jar as a paperweight at my vets office. Honest.

The first time I saw Lil Bub I fell in love, I guess because she is so different and I have a handicapped cat and he is different. I have had a love affair with cats all my life and Lil Bub is special.

my cat had to have his upper canines removed and his tongue hangs out now...unfortunately i can't afford to give him implants :(

Cat is genetically defective, hence the protruding tongue. Unfortunately dwarfism is also short lived. enjoy while you can

Dwarfism is short lived? Since when? My Dachshunds have all lived to be 15-17 years old, and they're dwarfs. This type of dwarfism, achondroplasia, only affects the long bones of the legs. It doesn't affect organ systems or any other body system. Just the legs. There's no reason to assume an achodroplasic dwarf will be short lived.
