Now that Mini is on the fast track to a healthy life, she is focused on making sure she looks her best for her new family.
PawNation keeps referring to Mini as a "she" but in at least one picture, it's obviously a "he! Maybe PawNation needs a refresher course in biology.
so cute but so tiny is that healthy??
he is so cute but do tiny is that healthy ?
That is so cute but smaill
I don't have anything against cross breeds (now called "designer dogs") but I think it's criminal to breed them to be so small (or have short snouts) when it makes them so susceptible to to broken bones and illnesses. If you want such a tiny pet, get a hamster. Although they really are cute!I'd love to have a Chihuahua but I don't know anyone that has one that isn't yappy. I can't get my poodle to stop barking so I'm pretty sure I'd be a failure with a Chihuahua also.
A Yorkie and Chihuahua mix? Wow... That's got to be the most annoying combination of ankle biters!
Mini will grow. I bred Yorkies for awhile. and I have a rescued female Chihuahua that I let breed with my Yorkie. Her babies were very tiny at birth too. (2 to 6 ozs at birth) but they grew to be between 3 and 5 lbs full grown. :) But they are adorable as any new baby is.. a miracle, each and every one!! :)
It's hard on dogs to keep changing them. Sure, it's cute, but no fun for the dogs. They're so highly breed, they sicken easily and are delicate. Can't we stop the breeding, especially the designer breeds. So many sweet dogs need to be rescued.
I raise Chis, Poms, Min Pins and some of our new born chis weigh 1 oz and the largest at full growth has been 10 lbs and smallest 14 ozs. This puppy so adorable is not fully grown. we must wait at least 12 months to 18 months at full growth to see how big she is.By the way do not be taken in with terms like Tea Cup Chi or Petite Chis, that is not in the standard, ditto for Poms and Min Pins.check at www.akc.orgBut the pup is cute.please be sure to spay and neuter all pets and please rescue 1 or better 2 at your local animal shelter.ALSO did you know the Am Humane Assoc and the American SPCA does not support any local shelters and returned less than 25 cents of every dollar in for animal welfare.Support only your local animal shelters and please food, toys, volunteering is just as important as monetary donations.www.friendsofsaintfrancis.com
