PawNation keeps referring to Mini as a "she" but in at least one picture, it's obviously a "he!

August 30 2012 at 8:31 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI don't have anything against cross breeds (now called "designer dogs") but I think it's criminal to breed them to be so small (or have short snouts) when it makes them so susceptible to to broken bones and illnesses. If you want such a tiny pet, get a hamster. Although they really are cute!

Her babies were very tiny at birth too. (2 to 6 ozs at birth) but they grew to be between 3 and 5 lbs full grown. :) But they are adorable as any new baby is.. a miracle, each and every one!! :)

They're so highly breed, they sicken easily and are delicate. Can't we stop the breeding, especially the designer breeds. So many sweet dogs need to be rescued.

By the way do not be taken in with terms like Tea Cup Chi or Petite Chis, that is not in the standard, ditto for Poms and Min Pins.
