13-year-old chimpanzee C.J. escaped an enclosure and ran off into a Las Vegas neighborhood for the second time in about four weeks. C.J.'s caretaker says she thinks someone let the 180-pound animal out of the cage. The chimp was captured quickly and was never a threat to neighbors.
