The center is monitoring the coast of Rio Grande do Sul, where the penguins were found, on a weekly basis to keep on top of any potential hazards. This precaution is even more important after recent reports of mass penguin deaths due to starvation in Peru.

I'm also very suspicious about the the "natural causes" conclusion. I'm curious to know exactly what the natural causes were.... the story cut off mid paragraph. Perhaps that was planned because any natural causes explanation other than the lack of peace in the mid-east would assuage any other explanation. We need something more than the explanation you just spit out. We need some facts and we want them soon....

If it wasn't natural causes, then it was murder. So, it must be natural causes.

What kind of natural causes? Oh. Weʻre still trying to figure that out. Duhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

natural selection is evolution. Survival of the fittest. So I guess it was natural selection too.

this is pure BS! "Natural Selection"? really? i think this is actually related to the birds death falling off the sky "because they were close to an area where fireworks went off"(,http://www.metro.co.uk/news/851819-first-arkansas-now-dead-birds-fall-out-of-the-sky-in-louisiana) or the fish in Norway (http://baminoo.com/20-tons-of-dead-fish-wash-up-on-norwegian-shore/), this of course just to name a few,,, What is it gonna take for people to start putting things together and actually believe the outcome?

These scientist are idiots!! Right 750 birds suddenly and at the same moment drop dead and you believe that natural selection is the cause?! When i first read about the sea mammals dieing en masse off the shores of South America my first thought was man made pollutants/ toxins. i suggest these people look harder for an answer because im not buying this natural selection BS.
