Kangaroo Stops Traffic in Washington

A runaway kangaroo proved to be a startling distraction and a real safety hazard to drivers on the 182 highway in Pasco, Wash. on Saturday. According to KNDO-TV, there were nearly two car accidents when the unusual Australian animal leaped into oncoming traffic.
Police received a barrage of calls from frightened motorists. They took action immediately, creating a barrier of police cars to stop the mammal from hopping back onto the highway.

The kangaroo's owner eventually tracked it down and brought it back to Franklin County where exotic pets are legal with a license. However, exotic pets are not legal in Pasco. The owner didn't receive a ticket from the Pasco police, but the Department of Fish and Wildlife visited his property to inspect the barriers surrounding the kangaroo's living quarters to make sure it does not escape again.

While nobody was injured, some area residents remain concerned. Local police officer Sgt. Ben Majetich expressed his opinion that exotic animals on the loose are always a serious matter.
"It proposed a real danger on a highway. People driving in excess of 20 mph, and all of a sudden to have to take evasive action to avoid an animal on the roadway, potentially causing some serious accidents," said Sgt. Majetich.

We take over so much habitat. Is there a way to have made that animal crossing safer? Once there was talk of building land bridges for animals to cross..=================================================================

In general, most women expect their men to be mature and provide financial stability along with long-term security. Vise versa, most men would expect their women to be 10-20 years younger than themselves. It isn't just physical attractiveness; it is the whole masculine package of youth, vitality, and, above all else, possibility. ~ ~ ~ ~ Agedater_℃○m ~ ~ ~~ ~ has focused on older men younger women dating for 11 years.
