Remember that charming dance scene of Gene Kelly in the 1952 musical comedy "Singing in the Rain?" Well, move over Gene, here comes a tiny Chihuahua with high steps of his own!

Actually, I think this diminutive pup has rain boots about five sizes too big for his paws. Maybe that's why he does paw-stands over the rocky terrain.
