It looks like someone is enjoying a trip to the beauty parlor. Most girls and even many guys enjoy being groomed. There are manicures, pedicures, blow-outs, facials and in this case, a face brushing. In salon lingo, this is called micro-dermabrasion. In viral-cat-video world, it's just called weird and adorable. One thing's for sure: This cat will take a stand for good personal hygiene.
