Dog Found Nearly Starved to Death in Pennsylvania Home

The laws need to be stricter, and this man who is responsible for these horrendous acts needs to know what it feels like to starve. I really will not ever understand why people would hurt an innocent animal, all they want is to be loved and give love. I hope he get the maximum punishment by law and will not ever be permitted to own another dog again!!

Should take this guy put him in a room and not feed him for a while and then use him for landfill so no other animal can ever be harmed by him.

This is why the punishments for this kind of crime should be a lot more severe. Now all they get is a fine, a slap on the wrist and are told not to do it again. A life is a life, be it animal or human, no creature deserves to be treated in such a manner. Apparently these scum didn't learn anything by their first encounter with animal control as the article said they did it with another dog previously. What's it going to take to put a stop to this? Should be a mandatory 6 months in jail for the first offense and the time should go up with each successive offense. Hurts my heart to look at that poor baby. Hope she makes it.

Someone needs to make sure that this man is NEVER allowed to own another pet of ANY kind! Here's hoping that Precious finds a forever home where she will be showered with love, pats, treats and a family that will treasure her.

I hope Precious pulls through and is adopted by a loving family that gives her the love and affection she deserves.
How can people do this to an animal. We are seeing it more and more and it just pisses me off to no end.

Cited? This a-hole needs to go to jail for animal ABUSE. He deserves to be starved just like he starved Precious' mother. Animal abusers cannot be rehabilitated. They are mentally deranged people who do not have a conscience. This ABUSERS name and picture should be posted all over the Internet so people who care about animals can be warned of the DANGER of him with animals and humans. I hope Precious recovers. And why didn't the neighbors report this man back when the mother died the same way. They all should be ashamed of themselves and be held responsible too. They are no better than the inhumane owner of poor precious. I will pray that she survives and find someone that will really love her the way she deserves to be loved.
