Each zorse can look completely different, depending on the coloration and size of its parents. Their dark stripes are most significant on their legs and rear. Zorse manes differ as well. Sometimes their manes will stick up like a zebra's, while others have manes that lay on the side of the neck like a horse. The hooves of a zorse are generally black, made from horn, and allow the animal to have better stability when traversing different terrains. (A-Z-Animals)
