Caution: what you're about to click through may cause uncontrollable squealing and unusual heart-melting due to the avalanche of cute baby animals you are about to encounter. Take a deep breath, prepare your best squee and check out this month's most aww-inducing newborns and critter kids from across the globe.
FROLICKING FUN
Meet Charlees of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. She is one social rhino. Charlees, whose name is Hindi for Charlie, spent her first day out in the park running around meeting all the other members of her herd. The 2-month-old rhino is now very well acquainted with everyone and happy in her 40-acre home.

PRETTY PRIMATE
Singapore Zoo's orangutan Chomel has her hands full. Both her niece Istha and son Bino are interested in keeping her attention. While Chomel seems to be all about eating, the guests of the Singapore Zoo are rather smitten with these young primates.

NEED SOME SHADE?
Leopard cub Imoo doesn't seem too big on the sun, probably because her name means "darkness" in Swahili. This squinty cutie is catching some rays at the Nyiregyhaza Animal Park in Hungary. The four-week-old kitty is kept company by her parents, who have been living at the park since 2007.

PARENTAL PDA
He may not have a name yet but he certainly has a few inches on him. This adorable baby Rothschild Giraffe is only 3 days old. He and his loving mom live at the Zoo Aquarium of Madrid in Spain.

THE SEASON FOR STRIPES
Not only is the San Diego Zoo Safari Park sporting happy-go-lucky rhinos, but they also have four rambunctious baby red river hogs. Zoo workers say that before the mother could finish delivering, one of the newborns was already up and running around. Looks like someone if going to have her hooves full.

UNDERWATER GREETINGS
This underwater waver is Valentine, the Caribbean manatee. He is the eighth child of the Singapore Zoo's long term resident, Eva. The 20-year-old manatee has earned the nickname "Grandma," since she has been having babies for so long that she already has two grandchildren. Way to go, Grandma!

ICE ICE BABY
Move aside snow leopards, this little lion loves the cold stuff too. A resident of the Belgrade Zoo, this cub takes Serbia's cold weather in stride, trying to make the best of the severe conditions.

GETTING HIS LAND LEGS
Franzi is still a little uneasy on his slender stalks, but whatever he lacks in grace, he makes up for in cuteness. We're sure the Mohr gazelle will be leaping around his home at the Frankfurt Zoo in no time.
-
NOSE NUZZLE
Anori is only a few months old and she already knows how to work a camera. Perhaps it's in the genes. Anori is the half sister to famed polar bear Knut, sharing the same father. The little furball is seen here getting cozy with her mom at a zoo in Wuppertal, Germany.

STRUTTING THEIR STUFF
The newborn warthogs of the Ouwehand Zoo in Rhenen, Netherlands made sure to enter the public world with swagger. On their first day out in their exhibit, the animals wasted no time getting the lay of the land.
