Hi Tatiana,Airline policies do require pets to stay in the carrier but some flight attendants look the other way, especially when on long flights. If no one is in the seat next to me then I often open my dog's carrier so she can have more air. I never put her in my lap though, unless briefly to pose for a photo. It's important to be sensitive to your fellow passengers who are not fond of dogs (especially a 20 pound bulldog!) or are allergic.. Safe travels!
Do i have to keep my French Bulldog, 20,5 lb in the bag under the seat all 5-7 hours of flight?
