Fun Fact: The Star-nosed mole's distinctive nose is made up of 22 tentacles (consisting of more than 25,000 receptive organs) that are extraordinarily sensitive and help them identify their prey. -
SUN BEAR
Family: Ursidae (Bear family)
Habitat: Tropical rainforests
Fun Fact: Sun Bears, also known as Honey Bears, are the smallest member of its family. The Sun Bear only grows to approximately half the size of the American Black Bear. -
SPOTTED-TAILED QUOLL
Family: Marsupials
Habitat: Forests
Fun Fact: Also known as the Tiger Cat, the Spotted-tailed Quoll is the largest marsupial in Australia. It has a ferocious apetite and is a carnivore. -
COCONUT CRAB
Family: Hermit Crabs
Habitat: Indo-Pacific islands
Fun Fact: The Coconut Crab is the biggest arthropod (a group that includes insects, spiders, centipedes, shrimp and crayfish) to live on the land. Its legs can span up to 6.5 feet! -
HYRAX
Family: Hyrax (They're such specific creatures, they have their own family!)
Habitat: Dry savannas and rainforests
Fun Fact: Hyraxes live in groups with only one territorial male and up to 20 females. Good odds, big guy! -
CELEBES CRESTED MACAQUE
Family: Cercopithecidae (Old World Monkeys)
Habitat: Tropical Rain Forests
Fun Fact: If they do not consume all of their food, they sometimes store it in their cheek pouches for a short time.

DIK-DIK
Family: Antelope
Habitat: Dense forests and open plains
Fun Fact: These tiny creatures (weighing in at 6 -12 lbs) are named after the sound they make when they're scared. Eek-eek! -
AYE-AYE
Family: Daubentoniidae (They also have their own family due to specific traits.)
Habitat: Rainforest trees
Fun Fact: Aye-ayes can only be found in Madagascar and while they look extremely peculiar, they are actually related to chimpanzees, apes and humans. -
PANGOLIN
Family: Manidae (Their own family.)
Habitat: Forests and savannas
Fun Fact: The skin of the Pangolin (also known as the scaly anteater) makes up 20% of its weight -- that's approximately 8 lbs for an adult 40 lb. Pangolin. It's so dense, insects can get stuck between its scales. -
PARROT FISH
Family: Wrasse (Brightly-colored fish)
Habitat: Tropical and sub-tropical oceans
Fun Fact: The Parrot Fish can change its shape, color and gender repeatedly throughout its life. -

Oh wait, it's AOL afterall...maybe they meant largest CARNIVOROUS marsupial since Tasmanian Devils don't reside in Australia...?

Why their coat is meant to do that. It is to help protect them while they are herding animals. Why would you shoot /hang the owner when if the coat is not properly maintained they would have terrible skin conditions and be very uncomfortable???
