    CRITTER CUSTODY CRISIS

    The number of people going to court over their animals is increasing due the growing number of pet custody cases. One reason for the surge in these types of cases is the change in law regarding pets. Fluffys and Fidos are no longer consider property, allowing judges to take emotional attachment into account when making their rulings. After the decision is made, it is up to ex-couples to keep up the agreement, since there are no animal visitation laws. (Pawesome)
