We sure love our dancing dogs here at Paw Nation. Back in November, we shared a video of a retriever with rhythm, and, much to our delight she's back!
Carrie, the Dancing Merengue Dog, shows her stuff in this video that's swept the nation this week. Our friends at Animal Planet's Daily Treat point out that she's got better moves than some of the contestants we've seen on "Dancing With the Stars," and we have to concur! (Maybe the choreographers such try clicker training next season.)
It's funny to watch a dog dance -- especially in a sparkly green dress -- but what we really love about this video is how happy she looks the entire time! This is an amazing dog and his owner is also amazing for the time and patience to show his dog how to dance. They need to be on "Dancing with the Stars" and other TV programs; for they surely deserve to becine famous. I can't believe how long the dog can dance on her two hind legs. Yes, even most people are happy when dancing the Merengue... it's a happy dance. The skirt on the dog is weird... but the dog is happy and proud (and should be). Fun!!!

Why are they not on America's got talent? This man did an amazing job with his adorable, intelligent dog. That dog has more stamina than I do! That was a long performance. I give them four paws up!
