Most dog owners will tell you that one of the best parts of owning a canine is playtime. Fetch with Fido is always a great excuse to go outside, get some leisurely exercise and watch your dog do his thing like a pro.
Unfortunately, whoever owns Amos doesn't have a reason to get up from the couch when the playful pooch needs to work off some energy. As long as Amos can get his own jaws around a Frisbee, he'll literally catch and throw the disc all by himself, and it's quite possibly one of the funniest videos we've ever seen.
Man's best friend just put a dent in the title, wouldn't you say?

Search Pet shy plant
That dog sure is having a good time.Good for him, sure looks like he is having fun.We have a mixed boxer puppy who is not a year old yet and he kept taking the football and soccer ball away from my daughter and her dad.It was so funny.
I'm jealous of Amos.
Aww nothing makes me happier than a happy dog...cute!! : )
Now that dog looks like a cross between a German Shepherd and a Corgi. I can't help but wonder how that even happened! Cute dog, though.
Definitely a corgi/shepherd mix. My corgi will play with his squeeky toys. He attacks them, tosses them around and makes them squeel.
Yep, I recognized those huge ears and short legs anywhere! Definately a corgi mix. My Corgi, Ein plays with a frisbee too. He usually just scoots it across the floor, or anything circular shaped...like a dog bowl..
He LOVES his sqeeky toys! I am beginning to think the sqeeky toys are a corgi thing.
My dog does the same thing with a tennis ball. She'll hop up on the sofa with it and chew on it for a while, then throw it off and fetch it and start all over again.
Great dog!! Looks like a cross between a German Shepard and a Cattle Dog!
A lot of energy and what a great way to use it!
cute , ill start my day with a smile now :D
Shows how overweight and lazy we've become. We wont even play frisbee with our dogs any more. But we'll sit on our butts laughing and smiling as the dog has to resort to intertaining himself.
Smart dog...don't have a play-partner? Fine...make my own fun! And people say animals are "dumb". Bah !
Happy Happy Joy Joy!!!!!!! A great reminder how great life is!!!!!
At least someone got off of their butt to videotape this cutie. HAHA
We have a 1 year old Chihuahua who caught on fast with catching a small ball and are now using a small frisbee but of course can't toss it like this dog does. If you treat dogs like a person and talk to them, they tend to catch on really fast.
What a wonderful, happy dog! He must be an re-incarnated soul that has been given a second life of shear fun! You are ONE LUCKY OWNER! Enjoy each other.
I love the closing shot. That is pure bliss.
Very Cute
THIS DOG REMINDS ME OF MY MIN PIN MIX, JACK. HE IS A BALL A HOLIC. WELL, HONESTLY, HE LOVES ANYTHING YOU CAN THROW AND HE CAN CHASE. DOESN'T MATTER IF IT'S A BALL, OLD ROLLED UP SOCKS, FRISBIES, COFFEE CAN LIDS (THE PLASTIC ONES), OR A STUFFED TOY (OR IN JACKS CASE, A DE-STUFFED TOY, LOVES TO SKIN THEM LOL) . HE CHASES, THEN THROWS IT, THEN PLAYS KEEP AWAY FROM US. IT'S HILLARIOUS, ESPECIALLY WHEN HE MAKES HIS FLYING LEAP OFF THE BACK OF THE SOFA TO GO AFTER SOMETHING. WISH I COULD VIDEO IT AND UP LOAD IT, BUT HE IS SO FAST ALL YOU WOULD SEE IS A BLUR.
