It might LOOK cute, but cats carry a natural bacteria in their saliva that is fatal to birds. It is irresponsible of a bird owner to allow it so close to a cat.
I was once told that when the parrots hear the vacuum that their instincts kick in, reminding them of the rain forest.I'm not to sure of the truth to that. I'm owned by 3 parrots, Double Yellow Head Amazon, Moluccan Cockatoo and a Hyacinth Macaw & they all enjoy taking a dip to the tune of the vacuum & being very vocal as well. Thanks for sharing CoCo with us. BTW, CoCo is behaving just like most cockatoos, mine included.
