* Do you have a generally disobedient dog?
* Does your dog embarrass you in public?
* Are you sick of excessive biting, barking, whining, etc?
* Are you sick of dealing with dog aggression issues?
* Do you want to know how to fix virtually any dog behavior problem?

We always wanted a dog but because we were living in a big city we never got one. As soon as we moved to the suburbs we bought a Golden Retriever. We couldn't get that dog to do anything we wanted it to. We just assumed that we bought a wacky dog. We were about to give the dog away when somebody told me about a dog training system that we could get on the internet. The results were amazing, as soon as WE learned the skills we needed to train him properly his behavior changed. Now he is the most lovable and well behaved dog of all. It was our fault all along, what we didn't know we learned at. http://cli.gs/SecretsToDogTraining .

whenever we take my poodle either to the vet or groomer and I leave him he puts his brakes on. Then they have to pick him up. Poor guy but he handles it pretty well in the long run. We are just close. Like shaggy n scooby my wife says.

I have a fox terrior. She tries to get her own way. I stop it. She is a very smart and good dog. After my husband passed away she become more protective of me. I found if I give a little tug on her leash and told her no she would stop. She is a lot better now. She knows to stop at corners until I tell her ok good girl. Some times we get close to the back door and she will not come in. So I close it for a couple of seconds and she comes running in. I do not have to worry about her running. Right now I am working on leaving her for a little bit at a time. She gets upset when I leave her. It is going pretty good. Good luck to everyone who is trying to train a dog. Takes lots of work and love. And only one person should train them and use small commands. I try to use one word.

Hi Debbie,

I, too, have a Fox Terrier and he is the busiest dog that I have ever owned. Danny is now 16 and has not slowed one bit. As dogs grow older, and particularly when one of their "people" has passed away they develop something called Separation Anxiety. Thankfully, I do not live far from Auburn School of Veterinary Medicine and they told me to get another doggie. It should not be bigger than your terrier nor should it be a tiny lap dog. Usually, two boy dogs get along better than two girl dogs. So, we got a female that is a couple of years younger than he is three years ago. There was an adjustment period of about three months; but, now they are inseparable. Danny no longer has destructive fits when I am gone, pouts, or exhibits any other unwanted behavior. And, it seems to have given him a renewed energy. Also, they told me to bring her home with her own bed, toys, and treats (one different than your present dog's). It worked. He was not threatened by her in any way and they both respect each others "stuff"!

Oh! when my dog was a puppy she was the worst when it came to getting her to stop pulling. She is an Alaskan Malamute so she was bred to pull. For the first couple of weeks she had pulled me into a tree ,several bushes, a creek of water, and the funniest.... a telephone pole ,right in front of some workers (yes she though it was very funny). We eventualy figured out a good balance of play time to wear off some of that extra energy, 2 walks a day where we take her out to a field and let her run, and the a cool down time where i brush her or pet her. The more energy that she used the less she would pull and when she did start to tug a bit i give her leash a tug make her sit give her a treat and we go back on our way

My little weinie has a mind of his own as well. I got her a great harness at http://www.poshpuppyboutique.com/category_s/35.htm
Maybe she just isn't as grumpy sporting this precious little harness because she has been a TON better since I got it.
